ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING
The Annual Membership Meeting was Monday, October 13, 2025. We discussed current updates to the grounds. Painted stairwells, doors and some sidewalk fixes. Discussed HOA reductions after our budget meeting. Have a great fall season.

Jade Forest Buying and Selling

Co-owner occupants only at this time.

If you are planning on buying or selling, they must live in the unit as their primary residence.
Currently, new rentals are not permitted.
